St Georges Splash Pool Saved!

As the Liberal Democrat By-Election Candidate, who's campaigning for investment into the pool in St Georges Park, I am pleased to announce that it was passed at last night's Kidderminster Town Council meeting!

Congratulations to those residents that have campaigned for this to happen!

The Pool will re-open for Summer 2026

There were 3 abstentions: Independent Cllr Helen Dyke, Independent Cllr Doug Hine and Conservative Mayor Cllr George Connolly.

The two independent councillors let down their residents as many children from their ward, especially from: Lea St, Offmore Rd, Georges St, St Georges Terrace, East St, Comberton Hill and Anchorfields travel to the park on foot regularly.
