Key details:
-The Cabinet member for finance (Reform Cllr Rob Wharton) was absent, which meant many of the below questions were unanswered, and the leader has had to commit to getting back to the respective councillors.
-Question one “Can you list one of the spendings from the previous administration that you're claiming to be irresponsible”.
-Question two “Will you continue to support our veterans with a free on demand bus service” - The Reform Leader did say that is a core party principle to look after veteran's but did not verbally commit to continue the free ondemand bus service.
-Question three “Can you tell us what the irresponsible spending was on adult social care?” it was also pointed out that Cllr Monk whilst a Conservative had voted through that budget.
-Question four, from the Liberal Democrat Cllr Dan Boatright-Greene "Will you invest to save in areas like Education transport, where there's £1.5 million spend on taxi's, because we didn't invest in local Special Educational Needs and Disability provision.
-Question five "There will be tough decisions to come, what areas are you looking to make those tough decisions? and when will we hear about them?
-Question six “Will Reform be be reviewing the Corporate Plan and Investments” to which we got our first proper answer, which was “yes everything will be reviewed”.
-Question severn ""Will the Reform Leader apologise for the claim that opposition Councillors attend any meeting to artificially inflate their attendance record". The Reform leader said that "it wasn't directed at everybody, but an observation she made whilst in the previous Administration as a Conservative"
