Bus Stop Improvements

6.11.16pm GMT Tue 7th Feb 2006

The County Council are looking at installing 2 new bus shelters on Hoo Road.

The first one is to be sited opposite St Cecilia's Church and the second one at the junction of Hoo Road and Griffin Avenue.

They will be fitted with new signs, timetables and lighting. it is hoped that this work will take place before March this year.

Unfortunately even after much campaigning there is still no progress on getting the bus stop replaced that was taken away when the college was knocked down for the new development. Helen, Peter and Samantha will keep trying on that one.
